Yoga in the city that never sleeps
I provide a free 60 minute class once a month, in which our time together will be focused on building a greater sense of self awareness through body movements and controlled breathing.
Understandably, many of us are constantly on the move, living in large cosmopolitan cities, juggling challenging deadlines and responsibilities. Our bodies, hearts, and minds carry a lot of heaviness as the day, week, year goes on.
